These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aleskovsky.com (the "Site"), operated by Aleskovsky Architecture + Interiors ("Aleskovsky," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it in any manner that could harm us or any other party.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including designs, drawings, renderings, images, text, graphics, logos, and the Aleskovsky name and mark, is owned by or licensed to Aleskovsky and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. Architectural and interior designs shown on the Site remain our intellectual property and may not be reused or reproduced.

No Professional Relationship

The Site is provided for general information only. Viewing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or booking a consultation does not create an architect-client, designer-client, or other professional relationship, and does not constitute professional, design, or legal advice. Any professional services we provide are governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Consultations and Inquiries

Requesting or booking a consultation is an invitation to discuss your project. It does not obligate either party to enter into a contract, and no services will be performed until a written agreement is executed.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleskovsky and its principals, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Aleskovsky LLC, doing business as Aleskovsky Architecture + Interiors, offers text messaging as a way to communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members about active projects. By providing your mobile number to us in the course of working together, by opting in through a form on this Site, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from us at that number. These messages are transactional and conversational in nature and relate to your project. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Messages may include scheduling and meeting confirmations, responses to your questions, notifications about documents and invoices, coordination for site visits and inspections, and other project updates. Message frequency varies based on the activity on your project. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP, email nathan@aleskovsky.com, or call 407-720-9788. Opting out of texts does not affect any agreement or the services we provide to you.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission limitations and network availability. You are responsible for keeping the mobile number you have given us current. Our handling of mobile numbers and message content is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and including a link does not imply our endorsement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aleskovsky and its principals, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
