"We started this firm in 2020 because we believed architecture could be done differently — with more honesty, more collaboration, and a lot more attention to what clients actually need."
Nathan Aleskovsky launched AA+I after more than 15 years designing residential and commercial projects across Florida and Ohio — and noticing the same pattern: clients were consistently underserved by the design process even when the end result was good.
AA+I was built to be the answer. Ten people with over a century of combined experience, genuinely invested in making the design process as good as the design itself.

Nathan Aleskovsky, AIA, NCARB
Principal Architect & Founder
Nathan studied at the University of Florida and went on to earn two graduate degrees from Syracuse University — a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship.
He spent more than a decade designing and managing projects across Ohio and Florida, working on everything from pediatric hospital outpatient centers to restaurant buildouts to industrial campuses.
He's licensed in Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and holds his NCARB certificate. He lives in Winter Springs with his wife and two kids.

Kim brings extensive experience in high-end residential and commercial interiors, with a focus on material palettes and spatial storytelling.
Ken Felix
Interior Designer
Ken's background spans luxury hospitality and residential design. He approaches every project asking how the interior can exceed what the architecture promises.
Evan Tatasciore
Architectural Designer
Evan handles design development and construction documentation with a precision that clients notice on bid day.
Ni Guan, LEED AP
Project Manager
Ni brings a sustainability-forward perspective to project management, ensuring each project is delivered on schedule and aligned with design intent.
Jamila Williams
Design Coordinator
Jamila keeps design development moving — coordinating between disciplines and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Jay's field experience bridges the gap between drawings and built reality. He catches issues before they become change orders.
