The Owens Mid-Century Modern Residence, completed in 2026, stands tall as an embodiment of timeless elegance and functional design. Situated in the heart of College Park, Orlando, this residence showcases the iconic features of mid-century architecture, seamlessly blending nostalgic elements with modern living. The exterior presents a harmonious balance of geometric shapes and expansive glass windows, flooding the interior with natural light and connecting the occupants to the surrounding landscape. A carefully curated palette of materials highlights the structure's clean lines, while the thoughtfully landscaped garden provides a serene outdoor space. Inside, the open-concept layout promotes a free flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, designed for both comfort and entertainment. Sustainability did not take a backseat in this project; energy-efficient technologies and high-quality insulation were integrated into the construction to minimize the environmental footprint.
