A full renovation that reimagined a dark, heavy Tuscan-style lakefront home as a bright, modern Mediterranean residence. The exterior was transformed with white stucco, clean tile rooflines, black steel windows, and a formal paver approach flanked by cypress and layered plantings. Inside, the two-story great room was opened up with expanded glazing toward the water, a coffered ceiling, limestone-toned flooring, and a glass-enclosed wine room, while the original wrought-iron balcony rail was refined to suit the lighter palette. The result keeps the home's Mediterranean roots while bringing it firmly into the present.
