Condo Interior Design

This New Smyrna Beach condo interior was an exercise in classical layering — bringing warmth, character, and a sense of cultivated history to a coastal residence. Ornate plaster ceiling medallions and a traditional fireplace surround anchor the formal living space, while a curated mix of upholstered seating, antique side tables, and layered rugs give the room an intimacy that reads more like a well-loved home than a turnkey condo. The design drew from the client's existing collection, weaving personal pieces into a cohesive narrative. The result is a space that feels earned — full of meaning, and quietly removed from the ordinary.
