Architecture, Tenant Improvement

This tenant improvement for The Joint Chiropractic transforms a standard retail suite into a streamlined, brand-forward clinic designed for high patient throughput and operational efficiency. The layout organizes the footprint around a central corridor leading from the reception zone to a series of private adjustment rooms, each sized to accommodate The Joint's standardized treatment tables while maintaining clear circulation for both practitioners and patients. A feature wall behind the reception desk anchors the brand identity, pairing frosted acrylic signage panels with a custom wall mural that transitions from deep charcoal to vibrant teal—reinforcing the franchise's wellness-focused visual language. Durable, light-toned wood-look laminate flooring runs throughout the public areas, visually expanding the space and providing a warm counterpoint to the clinical treatment rooms, which feature commercial-grade carpet and integrated utility outlets. Suspended cylindrical pendants and a black track-lighting grid layered over a black acoustic ceiling create consistent, glare-controlled illumination. The design balances franchise-mandated finishes and signage with code-compliant ADA accessibility, medical-grade electrical, and HVAC zoning tailored to the demands of a busy chiropractic practice.
