A two-story medical office building for Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates of Central Florida, designed in a warm Mediterranean-tropical vocabulary that softens the clinical program. The facade pairs light travertine-style stone with dark-stained heavy timber framing, anchored by a curved porte-cochere that shelters the patient drop-off. Floor-to-ceiling multi-pane windows on the ground floor bring natural light into the waiting and exam areas, while the second-story stucco volume keeps a quieter residential scale from the street. Lush tropical landscaping and lantern-style entry lighting complete an arrival sequence built around patient comfort and dignity.
