The Michigan Ave Medical Office Building is a modern, multi-tenant medical facility organized around four independent entrance suites, each served by its own glass storefront entry and matching black metal shed awning. The facade composes a restrained two-tone palette: a central massing clad in horizontal charcoal-gray wood-look siding is flanked by white stucco volumes, all grounded by a continuous light-gray concrete base that unifies the perimeter. A floor-to-ceiling glass corner wraps the street-facing elevation within a slim black metal frame, drawing daylight deep into the corner suite and signaling the building's contemporary identity from the approach. Floor-to-ceiling glazed entries with dark frames run the frontage, paired with slender angled tension rods supporting the wedge awnings and vertical black cylindrical sconces set between each doorway. The parking lot is paved in gray interlocking pavers with white-lined stalls and concrete wheel stops, while a landscape bed of ornamental grasses and low shrubs runs along the base to soften the hard edges. The result is a clean, monochrome commercial expression—slate, off-white, light stone, and matte black—engineered for efficient multi-tenant medical use and a durable, low-maintenance streetscape presence.
