Brandon Town Center Clubhouse

The Brandon Town Center Clubhouse is the social and recreational anchor of the Brandon Town Center neighborhood, designed in a modern farmhouse vocabulary that reads as both welcoming civic landmark and residential amenity. The two-story, white-sided massing is organized under a side-gable standing-seam metal roof in a dark bronze, crowned by a central square cupola that marks the building's heart from the approach. A covered front porch spans the main facade, carried on white square columns set atop brick-base piers and edged in a black metal railing, with a serif "CLUBHOUSE" sign suspended from the porch beam. White horizontal lap siding on the upper walls pairs with vertical board-and-batten siding on the lower projections, while dark louvered shutters, multi-pane grid windows, and traditional black lantern sconces reinforce the farmhouse language. The grounds extend the experience outward: a winding paver walkway leads through native-style garden beds to the porch, and the rear opens to an irregularly shaped pool, a semi-circular lounge terrace, a pergola-shaded fire-pit circle, and a dining patio under beige umbrellas, all enclosed by a black wrought-iron fence and bordered by mature trees and a bordering pond. The result is a cohesive indoor-outdoor community hub that scales down the farmhouse form into a durable, multi-use gathering place for residents.
