A ground-up, modern minimalist spec office building on West Colonial Drive in Winter Garden. The flat-roof form—featuring a clean white stucco facade, vertical wood-slat cladding, and recessed glass storefronts with integrated uplighting—delivers the contemporary aesthetic the client envisioned. Winter Garden's zoning code and overlay districts did not favor flat-roof buildings, but by creatively finding the exceptions within the code, we achieved the look the client wanted while remaining fully compliant.
