Aleskovsky Architecture + Interiors was featured in the Orlando Business Journal, sharing the firm's vision for transforming a section of Orlando's International Drive from a tourist hotspot into a destination that appeals to local residents.
The article covers Society Park, a sports and entertainment complex developed by Chuck Whittall's Unicorp National Developments and New York-based Flag Luxury Group on the former Wyndham Orlando Resort site at 8001 International Drive. The 92,531-square-foot complex blends sports, dining, shopping, and entertainment, with nine padel courts, one exhibition court, two children's courts, and three pickleball courts.

The vision
Described as a "Gen Z country club," Society Park represents a modern take on the traditional country club model. The project team intentionally selected women to lead several key aspects, with construction led by Build Ventures CEO Kait Doulou and brand strategy managed by Moxie Brands founder and CEO Angela Robbins.
"We want to bring more flare to International Drive, not just franchise names," said Nayrouz Olarte, Vice President of Development. "We're being very selective about the restaurants coming in because we're supportive of the local food scene."
Society Park is targeting a soft opening in April 2026.
